How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

Ordering and Store Policies

If I order your products, will any extra fees apply?

The total order cost on the checkout page will include all the necessary fees and taxes (if applicable to your region) you must pay to get your item. In other words, after that no other expenses incurred.

I made a mistake, so I need to fix it. What can I do to change my order?

There is nothing to worry about. You just need to contact our support managers and let them know about your issue, so that they can assist you and modify or cancel your order.

Does the price include taxes?

You will be able to see the final purchase cost together with the taxes (if applicable) on the checkout page. In other words, you can see if you have to pay extra before you confirm the order.

Can I purchase multiple items from you?

We don’t put any limits on your order value, so you can buy as many products as you want.

I would like to send my order to a friend.  Is it possible to send it directly to their address?

Of course it is.  We will send the order to the delivery address you indicate.

Will the shipping time be true to what you’re promising?

As a rule, the actual shipping time proves to be true to our preliminary estimates.  However, emergencies, public holidays or events out of our control may slightly influence the actual delivery time.

How do I make an order?

Decide on the number of product units you wish to buy and their variations. Next, ADD TO CART the chosen options and complete the order following the instructions on the screen. Upon receiving your order details, we’ll start preparing your order.

Do I have to choose a certain payment method so I can receive my order earlier?

The payment method you choose won’t influence the order delivery time.  Therefore, choose the payment method that you prefer.

Do you allow your customers to leave reviews of your products?

Customer reviews are highly important for any online store and we are no different.  Therefore, you are more than welcome to email us your feedback or share it on any external platforms!

What if I buy more than one item – will they all arrive together?

Not a problem, if you order more than one, they will arrive simultaneously.

Do you give a full refund if a package gets damaged or lost during shipping?

If something should happen to your order, then don’t hesitate to contact us!  We’ll find a solution together and off you a full refund if it’s lost or damaged.

Do you allow sharing photos of your product on social media?

You can post any photos of our products wherever you want. Furthermore, we’d be thankful if you tell your friends about our products and store.
